Bridge

How transfers between chains work and how to verify them.

Mechanics

A transfer calls send on the source token, which burns the amount (minus the 0.2 % fee) and emits a LayerZero message. Two independent verifiers — LayerZero Labs and Twinstake — must both attest to the message before the destination endpoint accepts it, after which the executor mints to the recipient. Routes, verifiers, confirmations and gas floors are pinned by the factory at launch and then sealed.

Typical delivery is 5–30 seconds. Track any transfer on LayerZero Scan with the source transaction hash.

Using the bridge page

  • Pick the token, the source chain and the destination chain. The destination wallet defaults to your connected address.
  • The LayerZero fee is quoted live from the token contract and paid in the source chain’s native coin along with gas.
