How it works

Token, pools, pricing and how parity holds.

The token

The token is a LayerZero OFT (Omnichain Fungible Token) deployed through CREATE2 by the Clover factory, which itself sits at the same address on both chains. The salt is mined until the address ends in c1e, and the init code commits to the name, symbol, creator and metadata URI, so the same identity always yields the same address.

Pools and the opening price

Each chain’s 1,000,000,000 tokens go into a single-sided Uniswap v4 position. The position covers the range from the opening price upwards, so the pool holds only tokens at launch and fills with BNB or ETH as people buy. The position NFT is locked permanently.

The opening price is the same on both chains: $3,000 per 1B slice, i.e. $0.000003 per token and a $6,000 fully-diluted valuation. The launcher signs a USD snapshot of BNB and ETH at launch time and the factory verifies that signature before seeding.

Why the price stays the same

If the token is cheaper on Robinhood Chain than on BSC, anyone can buy there, bridge in seconds for a 0.2 % fee, and sell on BSC. That trade pushes both pools back together. Parity is enforced by arbitrage, not by an oracle, so there is no admin price feed to trust.
